I am pleased to announce the addition of Joe Wade as Facilities Manager effective April 1, 2015. As we have experienced exponential growth in the past six months, we found it necessary to expand our team once again. Joe is an experienced veteran of the hair replacement industry where he was the Operations & Sales Manager for one of the top five U.S. hair replacement companies. In this capacity, he was responsible for customer retention and client satisfaction.
Most recently, Joe was the Customer Service Manager for a medical device company where he was the liaison between company management, the surgical instrument manufacturer and customers regarding all issues having to do with purchase orders.
Joe is involved with the management of our production department including filling, assembly and shipping teams, and due to his outstanding organizational skills, he can assist our customers with their logistic needs. Being a great team player with fresh ideas and technical aptitude, he is a valuable asset to our staff.
